Meet Julia
Julia is the founder and president of BE-EDGE. Her creation of the method stems from her first Ph. D. in Psychology and second Ph. D. in Strategy. She realized that corporations have strategists, and people have psychologists. People do not get strategy, so Julia created the first individual strategy tool.
Julia is an Executive Professor of Strategy and International Business at Northeastern University’s D’amore McKim School of Business and resides in Boston, MA.
Meet Dana
Dana is the operating director of BE-EDGE USA. She is a recent college graduate, and is an edge crafter herself. Her professional experience lies in supply chain management and management information systems at industry leaders like Bose Corporation and Creation, but as a multidimensional millennial she has many passions.
At BE-EDGE, you can find Dana running the operations of all tools and platforms behind the scenes, as well as in all of our social media. Outside of BE-EDGE, you can find Dana detailing her latest travel on her travel blog.
Dana is the daughter of Julia Ivy, and currently resides in San Diego, CA.
Meet Yana
Yana is the operating wheelhouse behind all BE-EDGE operations in Eastern Europe. Currently residing in Belarus, Yana operates all activity for our Eastern European partners in Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia, to name a few.
Yana has many interests, and you can find her work on the www.be-edge.by website and on all BE-EDGE BY social media pages. Yana is the goddaughter of Julia Ivy, and currently resides in Minsk, Belarus.
Meet Trianne
Trianne is the Portfolio Manager of BE-EDGE USA. She was a former Marketing Director of BE-EDGE doing all the works on all our social media pages and website. Eventually, her passion and interest grew, bringing her to the current role she has now.
Just like you, Trianne longed to leave her comfort zone, and took the step to achieve her dreams of being a global talent and prove her potential in a foreign country. She currently resides in Manila, Philippines.
Meet Axle
Axle Adamos is a seasoned Digital Marketer with 10 years of industry experience. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with over 400 clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals. Additionally, Axle has successfully grown his personal brand on social media, amassing a combined following of over 80,000 followers and community members. His expertise lies in Content Creation and Media Buying which is what he does at BE EDGE, making him a valuable asset in the company.

Meet Chaitanya
Chaitanya is currently an undergraduate student at Hult International Business School in London and serves as a Marketing intern at BE-EDGE, where she drives social media engagement and content planning. Passionate about connecting with people, Chaitanya brings creative and strategic content to boost the company’s brand. She is eager to inspire students to join the program and experience the path to success.
Meet Mihika
Mihika is an MSC International Management candidate at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. As part of the BE-EDGE team, she has had the privilege of working with Professor Julia Ivy on the Consult-A-Thon 2024. This experience has been incredibly rewarding for Mihika, as she has had the opportunity to meet with clients and learn directly from Professor Ivy.
As a business student, helping small business owners excites and motivates Mihika to do better. This core aspect of the Consult-A-Thon makes it even more enjoyable for her. BE-EDGE provides unique insights into global business dynamics, which are invaluable for someone like Mihika, who aspires to enter the American market. This platform prepares her to excel in the global business environment by offering practical experience and academic knowledge.
