Edge crafter
If you are an edge crafter, you will act as a Case Consultant for the employers in the event and will solve the challenges they currently face.
Employers
If you are an employer, you will serve as the event’s Case Clients, and you will share your problem and goal with the edge crafters who will work on your case. You can use this opportunity to invest in your business strategy, explore new solutions, and find multidimensional edge crafters fit for your company.
Educators
If you are an educator, you will serve as their Case Mentor or Case Coach in the event. Your role is to assist the edge crafters and employers in synchronizing their E-D-G-E strategies at four levels: Core, Trust, Value, and Excitement.
Which BE-EDGE Consult-a-thon is For You?
There are three forms of BE-EDGEConsult-a-thon™. You can choose the one that fits you: the Impact, the Investment, or the “Masters” Consult-a-thon™. They differ in your investment in your own employability.
